Join Ken Plume and Glen Oliver as they take you on a journey beyond geekiness and nerdiness – Well, they pretty much just nerd out geekily and have a bit of a chat about Doctor Who and all things sci-fi.

Whotininnies 16: For Whom The Bells Toll
Ken and Glen ring in the return of Doctor Who, and issue a temporal restraining order to a crazy alien stalker. SPOILER WARNINGS all around. As always, our theme is courtesy of Chameleon Circuit.

Hope you enjoy…

You horrible twits. If you can’t enjoy the show without pissing and moaning, there’s always Honeybooboo for your discontent asses. I mean for God’s sake, season 5 & 6 were brilliant, yet you two couch critics manage bilge out weak and snarky criticisms. It’s like your trying to down a jet with a slingshot. I swear some people don’t deserve a show this great.

Moffat has done a fabulous job. His vision has made Doctor Who more popular than ever. I haven’t loved all of his choices but I wouldn’t presume to mock his work. Comparing his season 5 & 6 arcs to M. Night Shamalmamnana is wrong headed and downright rude. Season 5 & 6 had fans anticipating every episode. He did that with fun mysteries and riddles that had satisfying payoff. He didn’t use recycled gimmicks or ridiculous twists.

He’s earned my trust, I can’t imagine why he hasn’t earned yours.

Also, your podcast was pretty good after you guys farted around for ten minutes. I’ll listen to the next one to hear if you’ve come to your senses at all.

And I know that I used “your” when “you’re” was called for in my last post. I did it to spite you. So their, take that.
