An alternative for motion sickness without the sleepiness that Dramamine has is Bonine.
I found Bonine is great. Dramamine has a weird taste if it gets on your tongue. I gave these to my sister who flies in Navy planes and these saved her career. When on deployment her husband sends her a case. Also, it is chewable and tasty! Dramanine is not.
