    Your memory needn’t be damned, Dave. They usually release Sunday night/Monday morning. This is clearly a special Christmas gift in the form of Smod, and it beats the hell out of the new socks and shower-gel I got from my parents.

    Why did they say “bye” at the end? Am I mistaken or have they ever done this before? It felt weird, like a phone conversation. Maybe they were ending SModcast and departing to separate destinations simultaneously…

    I don’t care what anyone else said; I thought “Zack and Miri Make A Porno” was fucking superb. Up there with Dogma and Mallrats as one of my favourite Kevin Smith films.

    Although the plot went in nearly a completely direction, this story was eerily similar to the Smith/Mosier Christmas movie: http://news.yahoo.com/s/nm/20081226/ts_nm/us_usa_santa_shooting

    I guess it’s actually not that similar but it definitely has the same undertones.

    I have been a fan of the Askeuniverse since I was a kid. Its just great to have something to listen do that doesn’t suck or make me question if people have the inane ability to think coherently anymore. Got 2 love irreverent humor and poop jokes.

    I am excited to hear both 69 and 70, but I’m more excited to hear ’em bust out Mr. Mosier’s past-future voices.. and really any other voices he has coined. What a merry goddamn Christmas.

    Are you kidding me, Jamo? 9 people murdered on Christmas Eve isn’t depressing? For what it’s worth I never said it was but just because I didn’t say it doesn’t mean I didn’t feel it. It’s not world-crashing, life-altering news but it’s definitely fucked up. I don’t know how anyone could just shrug it off.

    He rings the door bell. An 8-year-old girl answers the door with excitement as she notices it’s Santa Claus at the door. As the door cracks open he pulls out a handgun and blasts her in the face.

    Can you imagine the terror of not only her but everyone else? There had to be fear and confusion going all around that house instantaneously.

    He then opens fire with three more handguns, shooting anyone and everyone in sight. He pulls out a homemade device that is essentially a flamethrower and starts spraying the entire house with it. He then catches fire and not wanting to be charred, shoots himself in the head. But fuck him. What about the 9 people he killed? The night before Christmas no less.
