Oh no! Just when you thought it was safe to hang out at the Quick Stop…
Cabin Fever (hosted by the twisted souls Brian Fitzpatrick and Aaron Poole) is the result of having too much time on your hands and access to your local community radio station.
Over the course of an hour, they manage to trawl the depths of good taste, plus throw some music in. How much more could you want from a podcast?… Quality? Oh… we didn’t think of that.
Enjoy! And we hope our cross Atlantic friends can understand the Irish accent 😉
Hugs and Kisses,
Aaron P. + Rev. Fitzy
CABIN FEVER #82: What Nerve – Brian and Aaron are joined this week by their friend Ian. They get to lark about once again with sound effects, wonder what’s real and what isn’t while figuring out what country to complain about this time. Music is provided by show stalwarts The Tastydactyls.

Weird, we were talking about Shane Meadows in college on Monday.

It was in my Film Studies class that we were talking about it. I actually haven’t seen any of his films. I usually hate anything about English yob culture, but I have been told that This Is England is fantastic. Maybe I’ll give it a go.

Hey Kyle, I’m not really into anime myself. I’ve never seen the appeal of it. So that sort of talk from me would be pretty shit to listen to!

I’m not a big anime aficionado either, but I have dipped my toe in the pool. They may be obvious, but the ones I enjoyed were Akira, Ninja Scroll, Ghost in The Shell, Cowboy Bebop and one or two others. Generally though, I haven’t explored the medium too much.

Yo on the topic of Anime, Of course Cowboy Bebop is awesome, Very disappointed that Keanu Reeves is set to play spike in the live action, I’m sure you can feel me on that. But back to anime, If you haven’t seen ‘Death Note’, you should give that a go. It has a similarity to Boondock Saints, with a major twist I wont give away…

my favourite anime’s are soul eater and elfen lied
death note was pretty bad-ass as well
December 4th, 2009 at 3:02 pm
(sorry for the double post)
maybe for the next movie club/commentary thing you guys do could be the death note live action movie 😛
that would be amazing….un-likely…but amazing 🙂
