What happens when two young men let their love of movies, comic books, and all things “geek” take over their lives? They run away from their families, bringing only the most essential DVDs and comics to their secret, highly fortified underground bunker in sunny Southern California, where they start recording podcasts that will change the world.
Are they heroes?
No.
Are they geniuses?
Far from it.
Are they the future of this planet?
I sure hope not.
Simply put… Matt Cohen and Jesse Rivers are “Bagged and Boarded”.
BAGGED & BOARDED #30: I Wanna Dip My Podcast In It  – In which Matt and Jesse are reunited yet again (this is getting old) and chat about The State, Green Lantern casting, Upcoming summer movies, and alien killer eggmen. Check it out… Or you’ll wind up with tape on your face…

Waited a while for this one, rocking it now, staying up late smoking some herb and enjoying B and B.

3-D is great now. UP was amazing as was Monsters Vs Aliens. If you got the chance to see My Bloody Valentine you’d realize how perfect it is to bring 3-D back to horror. Jesses, it does add depth, check pixar’s up.

fuck 3d. and yea, i saw up. first in 2d, then 3d. it added nothing. just gave me a headache. and the glasses being re-used by everyone over and over makes me kinda nauseous in a hypochondriac kinda way. i’ve worked at a theater, and i know damn well they’re not gonna clean those things the way they’re supposed to.
i mean, if you like 3d more power to ya. but it’s just a fad. or at least i hope so. its makes as much sense as fandango — of course i wanna pay an extra two dollars to print the tickets myself…uh, what?

Might be a fag, but for now people are going with it. Good reviews are coming in on the new Final Destination in 3-D. Alice in Wonderland is also coming out in 3-D.
Your eyes and brain just can’t handle the 3-D for that long of a time, mine can and comfortably.

my brain can handle it. it just can’t understand why there are so many people willing to pay more for tickets, sit for 90 minutes wearing funky-ass glasses, just to see shit thrown at them from the screen.
that shit shouldn’t impress anyone over the age of eight.
and fuck final destination. how many times are they gonna make that movie? its unoriginal, horribly acted gore-porn.
saw old boy for the first time tonight though. honestly, that movie messed me up a little bit. i felt horrible after. i suppose the real question is — would it have been better with an added dimension?

The Vengeance Trilogy is required viewing. The stories do not directly connect, but for the astute viewer, there are overlapping characters and settings. Sympathy for Mr. Vengeance is the most subtle, art-house feel, and is brutally bleak. Lady Vengeance, IMO, is the most superior film of the series; I’d call it the modern day M. Oldboy is by far the weakest film of the trilogy and only caught on here because it was the most traditionally packaged violent thriller to the Western market.
