What happens when two young men let their love of movies, comic books, and all things “geek” take over their lives? They run away from their families, bringing only the most essential DVDs and comics to their secret, highly fortified underground bunker in sunny Southern California, where they start recording podcasts that will change the world.
Are they heroes?
No.
Are they geniuses?
Far from it.
Are they the future of this planet?
I sure hope not.
Simply put… Matt Cohen and Jesse Rivers are “Bagged and Boarded”.
BAGGED & BOARDED #5: Battle Royale With Cheese – In which Matt and Jesse discuss the heated topic of favorite directors (in a very heated manner), FABLES, underrated comedies, and generally bicker with each other… Lock and load, folks…

Talking about favourite films and directors is a touchy topic. There’s a fine line between what’s considered a ‘great’ film and what’s an ‘entertaining’ film. Personally I reckon the great films have to be entertaining, a well crafted or cleverly made film isn’t enough for me to classify it as one of the best. It really has to entertain me as well. I can appreciate Citizen Kane for what it is and what it accomplished, but man did I get bored watching that. Sacrilegious I know, but all that way for a friggin sled.

in fables, the more people beleive in the fables, the more powerful and harder they are to kill. -spoiler- thats why cinderalla comes back in the jack of fables comics and why snow white survives the bullit to her head; they are so popular they are therefore harder to kill. i don’ think they are just born from the belief of mundies, the belief just makes they harder to kill but it doesn’t have anything to do with being born or created.
however, Frau Totenkinder herself says that she doesn’t fully buy into that theory.

Family Matters was a spin off of Perfect Strangers. The Mom worked as an elevator operator at the paper where Larry and Balki worked.
