Can not get enough of ricky and anything he happens to be doing. Thanks so much for letting us have a listen to your chat with him. I am in North Carolina too. My son posted a facebook sign yesterday that read” Say what you will about the South but nobody retires and moves up North”. It is so true.

And I listened through ’till the end as I cleaned up my office. This interview had an entirely different feel to it than most I’ve seen or listened to – it had such a casual, “chat with you friend on the phone” kind of vibe that made it outstanding. The familiarity between you two, the ribbing and Ricky’s willingness to put down the phone and go have a wee, then return to finish the chat, while there was nothing but real-time dead air, was hilarious and SO welcome in an age of over-handled “stars” who are afraid to come off as real human beings. Kudos, Mr. Plume, for your knowledge of the subject matter and interviewing style! It was like sitting around a bar with two of your most interesting friends and having a pint. Now if we can just get Mr. Gervais out and about and seeing some more of this great country of ours.
Cheers from Durham, NC,
A.M. Smith
