This is my first attempt at a “film random stuff that suits the music” sort of video – what do you guys think?

Video for “Big In Japan” is here:

I needed to get the other song *out* of there to clear some space in my brain so I could work on my “recipe” song. So I recorded it. Pretty, wistful, and having *absolutely* nothing to do with recipes, “Choosing You” is here:

Writing a song that doesn’t rhyme, you need to think outside the box to make it challenging. But writing a song that contains a recipe, I suspect the most impressive entry will be one that thinks *inside* the box. Sure, anybody could write a song containing a “recipe for love”, a recipe for hate, recipe for war, recipe for satisfaction, something metaphorical like that. But imagine if you really take it literally and write a song that rhymes, fits the meter and still manages to produce a tasty result!

I want to see somebody here to write a standard-structure song based on, say, a recipe for Lobster Thermador. Or Eggs Benedict or Beef Wellington. I bet Caleb could do it.

Me, I’ll probably wimp out and stay “outside the box”. 🙂

Satanic waffles, anyone?

Good luck, everyone, and don’t forget to STIR IT!
