Adult Swim’s Dana Snyder and FRED’s Ken Plume set out to have a literate conversation between two pals, but inevitably devolve into a verbal, and funny, free-for-all full of bickering, infighting, and the special kind of male bonding that comes from conflict expressed through the podcast medium.
Actor/comedian/raconteur Dana Snyder, you’re certainly aware, is Aqua Teen Hunger Force’s Master Shake, Squidbillies‘ Granny, Minoriteam’s Dr. Wang, and The Venture Bros.‘ Alchemist. Available for weddings and bar mitzvahs (bat availability pending), you can keep tabs on him via his website, www.eyeofthesnyder.com.
Ken Plume is the editor-in-chief here at FRED. He is a friend of Dana’s, as well as his arch-nemesis.

I hope the Snydecast continues. I recently discovered it—within the last month—and never have my perspectives on life, religion and my own existence been clearer. Of course, my personal awakening probably isn’t due to listening to the Snydecast, but to your credit, it might have something to do with it.
Maybe. But to be safe, keep going. It’s not like any of us have anything better to do.

Gentlemen,
You two surely have the gift of gab. You make doing my Japanese homework all that more entertaining, I would like to thank you for that. Arigato. I regularly multi-task to the sweet sweet sounds of your voices, especially when you two get into discussion of obscure early to mid-eighties television. If you guys could dedicate some time on an episode to discuss to some depth, cartoons…Hanna Barbera…Warner Brothers…etc. PLEASE DON’T STOP SNYDECAST!!!! love you guys.

Dana, what happened? You used to be about the bickering, the arguements. It used to be just enough for you to record a nice little game of cat and mouse with you and kenneth. But now, suddeny, its all about the numbers. Suddenly 80 something emails isn’t enough? I will start forging email accounts and campaigning to keep this great podcast alive.
Who did you freak out!?! ME!!! I WAS FREAKED OUT.
lol I shouldn’t write comments mid snydecast, but who cares?
Either way, I appreciate every cast and cherish them. Thanks for everything you’ve done and anything you’ll do in the future

Psst… Dana needs to fix the contact page on his website. I went trying to find his twitter name and it 404’d out.
Also, keep up the good stuff you guys. I love Snydecast!

Dana had better not fucking leave. This pisses me off. Since when is he a irreplaceable fucking diva? I used to be such a fan of Dana. VIVA LA PLUME!!! Listen Ken. Dump Dana’s ass and get the guys from Cabin Fever over here to do a podcast.

Even though I’ve enjoyed the streak of snydecasts, I think Dana has a point. I think it would benefit from a break as the last casts have been lackluster and a bit down. (And for once it’s not Ken causing it!)
Mr Plume, you keep on keeping on with your millions of other podcasts and internet ventures. We’ll be listening. Dana, rake in those big Nickelodeon bucks and come back with tales of Hollyweird.

Yeah so just for the record, Dana you take a break and go to chesscamp for the summer, especially if it leads to spacecamp next summer.
Ken, I vote a series of guests, maybe on a biweekly basis. All doing a D Snyder impression for at a minimum of 10 seconds of the cast (the entire duration is encouraged). Speculation of what the real Snyder is up to should be made as well as bickering between you two.
Long Live the Ken P D Snydecast, Fresh episodes or Nick at Night style are both fine with me.

SomeDouche <– I think you meant Bimonthly… Biweekly is 2 episodes a week.
Dana <– For the record, I was never panic’d.
Ken <– Good job at getting under Dana’s skin…it’s hilarious!

Which past episode gives light to the Annie Morgan story?
Sorry for my ignorance, for I am a new Synde-Cast fan/listener.
