To Frowny: I disagree. Mego style toys makes perfect sense as one of the strongest themes in the show is the consistent homage to animation of the 60s & 70s. This fits that theme perfectly.

To Biggles: The Big Lebowski toys by Bif Bang Pow are fantastic. I don’t know how you think they “massacred” the line or what you would even be expecting but my Dude & Walter turned out great. My only issue is that they cheaped out on the packaging for Jesus and so on.

8 inch Mego style for Venture toys just seems wrong. Especially since cloth clothing doesn’t seem to work out well until you get to the 12 inch scale. I don’t really want to prejudge without seeing protos, but this is the first news that’s made me less excited about the prospect of Venture toys.

I, who has been quietly anticipating any Venture Bros toy and/or merch, find this announcement disappointing. Bif!Bang!Pow! product quality isn’t very good and design schemes at times can be horrendous.
They massacred the Big Lebowski line.
The one and only B!B!P! item I ponied up cash for was the Twilight Zone ‘Nick of Time’ Bobblehead. The paint application looked as though an 8 year old had done it, the resin quality felt cheap and I had to glue the devil bobblehead in place because it had come undone.
I wish Mattel, DCD or even NECA were involved.

FINALLY! At last, venture brothers merchandise!!!! I can’t believe it. I’ve had a surplus of money with the venture logo on it just waiting for something to buy.

lol sarcasm and my 10+ venture bros t-shirt collection aside, i’m sure i’ll have an 8 inch hank and dean flying the venture “high V” on my dresser in no time
