I would have to agree that Dana’s method of injecting can prove to be the better method, when using a bird that is very lean.

2 1/2 – 3 cups macaroni
some water
1 tbs bleu cheese dressing
2 tbs sour cream
1 cup cubed cheddar cheese (sharp is nice but it doesn’t melt as well in this method)

boil the macaroni until it is nearly done. then pour off most of the water so it’s about halfway between the top of the noodles and the bottom of the pan. now add sour cream and bleu cheese. stir that until combined with the water and the sauce is developed. now add cheese and stir almost constantly. first the cheese will get stringy and then it’ll be done being stringy and start being awesome.
