If I have podcasts and regular tracks in a playlist, it skips the podcasts. So having iTunes recognize them all as the same would be a benefit

Saw a couple of posts about the delay between posting smod here and when it hits iTunes.

It was addressed a while ago in one of the episodes.

It was a problem with the server.

Since the show is, and has gotten, so popular it crashes the server if it’s posted both places at the same time. Just too many downloads. Staggering it eases the problem.

I think they made a joke that it was either do it this way or stop doing it.

Look at it this way, the delay means a lot of people are listening. And if a lot of people listen, it means they’ll keep making them.
