D-Vad, Kevin Smith,

Bush was bad and people feel strongly about him because he represented us as a country. His embarrassing bumbling of ideas and language and policy abused us as a country.

Kevin, specifically, he was inept at the job. His ineptitude (Katrina, Iraq, how the war was fought in Afghanistan, the handling of the financial markets that led to where we are now) is not only a deep embarrassment that filtered out across the world but also one that had very real, arguably, violent results. And not just that, you could argue that his administration was indeed out to do bad things financially and money is violence.

Now that said- D-Vad – this is nothing against Republicans. Bush was not a republican nor was his administration. They were loyalists… much like how fascism started in Germany under Hitler. But I think a more apt comparison would be to Soviet Russia- no, not Stalin. More like Kruschev and beyond till Gorby. If you were to read the American propaganda of that time period (available in many comic books) and apply it to America under Bush- secret prisons, loyalty oaths, someone always listening, fear of some persistent enemy… strikingly similar.

The reason people hate him so has very little to do with political bent. He had such a disregard for the responsibility due to us required of that job. He treated us like what he is- a douche.

Terrible Twos: The 10 Worst Movie Sequels on MSN Movies list Clerks 2 as one of the top 10 of all time!! What the hell are they talking about! And of all the terrible part two’s out there they pick on Clerk’s. Clerk’s 2 is a great watch.
