I know im asking alot of questions and i havent seen the movie yet but was chewie the one that owned the hockey mask cause there was a scene where he had a hockey stick and swinging it around with the hockey mask on and puts the hockey mask on the bed and jason is behind him and puts the hockey mask on and chewie turns around and looks up and he hands the hockey stick to jason and says “This must be yours? it suits you” and chewie smiles at him and suddenly jason grabs him with one arm and pushes him into the wall and breaks his back and suddenly chewie has a metal rod and tries to kill jason with it and jason gets his hand and turns it around to chewies direction to his neck slowly and goes into his neck. Is that how Aarons character dies and does he own that hockey mask that jason wears? anyone whos scene write back please.

I didnt notice Christopher Stipp was the guy interviewing the actor actually im amazed he or you replied to my comment lol your proberly thinking so but he or you if your reading you actually got to talk to Aaron Yoo which is amazing have you met him before cause i know this sounds racsics if i spelted that right Aaron is my favorite teen ascian actor and also you met a guy and talked to a guy that happens to have worked with Shia Labeouf!!! Deaths:Jason grabs Trent and impales him on the pack of a truck. He stabs Chewie with a metal rod in his neck. Bree gets strangled, Richie gets a machete through his head, and Lawrence gets an axe in his back. Nolan gets an arrow through his head, Chelsea gets a machete through her head, and Mike is repeatedly stabbed with a machete. Amanda is burned when put over a fire in a sleeping bag, Officer Bracke gets a pole through his eye, and Jenna gets a machete through her back. Wade and and Donnie – slit throat. Mrs. Voorhees gets decapitated Clay Miller survives and whitney drownd by Jason sorry if i sploited it for people that hasnt seen it lol ive spoiled it myself.

I am going to watch it but the thing is i live in australia and it comes out in march on a friday thats the 13th and yeah you if you are american you get a faster release we get the slow release i cant wait any longer i want to see it but i hope Aaron Yoo does survive even if he gets injured cause i liked him in Disturbia i thought he died in that movie when shia found him in the cubboard and he was faking and yeah does he have a big role in friday the 13th is he init for atleast 50 minutes or so cause hes one of the actors that i know and herd of and seing acoulpe of his movies and the other actor i know is jarred off supernatural i know that hes survives cause hes the main character but i hope Aaron makes it out of camp crystal with him and clays sister cause she survives 2 i think sorry for the long comment i just think its sad when asians die lol if i spelted that right.

Yea, I guess you’re right…I mean, it didn’t really bother me that pretty much everyone was attractive. I just hate it when it looks like models instead of actors are cast. you know? but like I said before, they weren’t terrible actors and the movie, for me, was really good. I really enjoyed the whole new idea. Also, I’d like to add that I think there is room for a few more of these, and I hope it happens. If you pay close enough attention. They did change around a few things that would make room for at least one sequel. pretty interesting…haha

Phil, excellent comments. I agree with your thoughts that this was not a cheesy entry and I think this was where a lot of people were getting hung up. It wasn’t cheesy and that was lot more than fans were given in the last few years with all the wink/wink self-aware horror films of the 90’s. As for the whole “joe” thing? Yeah, I can appreciate that but I think in all the movies the “teens” were never normal looking, they were always svelte and nice-looking. That kind of enhanced the kills, actually. Remember the chubbies from all the other entries? They never made it past the 2nd act.

Mike Duyn, you’re over thinking this. Logic doesn’t apply in these films. If it did then there is a lot we could talk about with regard to the flaws in these films.

Tommy, I don’t know what to say to that. Other than, you’re right, that guy’s scream was a) unexpected and b) hilarious.

I thought the movie was tight. You can totally tell it was directed and produced by the texas chainsaw crew. That made it better for me to be honest. I’m really glad it wasn’t completely cheesy like the last 38 movies.

If I had any real complaints, one would be the fact that basically the whole cast is attractive. aside from the one dude at the beginning, not one “joe”. they weren’t terrible actors though. could have been way worse. another would be way too much abercrombie esque clothing. i haven’t seen people dress like that in like 5 years. haha. that was a little off. maybe high school students today, whatever…not a huge deal. one last thing. i highly doubt Jason would ever hold anyone captive. he pretty much just kills everyone. haha. but this was a new idea, so I’ll roll with it. I’m down. hah.

As far as the ending…probably because they wanted to have an ending similar to the original. remember? Jason pops up from under water and grabs that girl from the boat. not the same. but close enough.

Yeah I liked the movie for the most part but I didnt really like the ending I mean they had him trapped with the chain around his neck and sucked into the chipper, at that point they should of just got the fuck out of there, why the hell would they take him out of it, carry him down all the way to the lake take off his mask and roll him in, that was just plain stupid!
