http://asitecalledfred.com/2009/01/23/trailer-park-emma-stone/ Sun, 08 Feb 2009 12:30:51 +0000 hourly 1 https://wordpress.org/?v=6.9.4 http://asitecalledfred.com/2009/01/23/trailer-park-emma-stone/comment-page-1/#comment-14669 Sun, 08 Feb 2009 12:30:51 +0000 http://www.quickstopentertainment.com/?p=8465#comment-14669 i don’t really know why i liked this movie as much as i did, because everything was sooo predictable….i mean, the characters were unique, but under-developed, and i like a well developed character in the movies i watch….i guess it was my loving of the office that did me in….emma stone was great in superbad though….i find it funny how superbad was coined as one of the year’s funniest movies when it was released around the same time as hot rod, and hot rod was wayyyy funnier….i mean, it had some snl guys, isla fischer, and (i cannot remember his name for the life of me) the guy who played rico….i think both movies served as a starting point for some acting careers, i mean, michael cera was unheard of before superbad, now he’s in a lot of good movies, but he’s a shallow actor, only playing the nerdy, smart-type kid…..i think stone is coming into everything well, though….i mean, she’s doing comedies, but they aren’t horrible, and she plays her part well….i think anyone who read your review of the movie would definitely agree on one thing, though this movie was not a 4 star movie, it was definitely no nacho libre, which by about ten minutes through i was about to literally take a knife and cut out my eyes because they were witnessing the most mundane and stupid movie of a lifetime……none-the-less, i liked the interview….i liked the question about comic book fans….and she would have been a good mary jane, i think….she’s definitely pretty enough…probably the second hottest actress in hollywood….
